Upon 12.01am morning of December 30, 2020; any entries made will be subject to the new rules. Declarations of GSP shipments before that time will receive GSP benefits and any shipments after will not, regardless of whether GSP is declared or not on import.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPlease note: The shipment must be in the US and clear US Customs inspection by that time. <strong>Not<\/strong> shipped \/ FOB by that time.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe list of affected products are as per the attached <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercethaiusa.org\/oca\/wp-content\/uploads\/PDF\/GSPThaiProductRemovalList.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">PDF GSP THai Product Removal List<\/a>.<br \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 4, 2020.
