Clements, Director, Officer of Southeast Asia and Mr. Hong-Phong Pho, Desk Officer for Thailand, Laos &amp; Cambodia, Office of ASEAN and the Pacific Basin, of the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), to exchange information and views on U.S. trade measures and trade &amp; investment promotion activities organised by DOC, including the Trade Winds forum in Bangkok and SelectUSA in DC.
