Winston-Salem, NC (Sept. 8, 2011) – Thai Office of Commercial Affairs Minister Kessiri Siripakorn, speaking at a gathering of 40 North Carolina business leaders at an OCA-sponsored business breakfast at Wake Forest University here, said that the Thai government’s policy aims to push Thailand into the top 10 ranks of the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Index in the next year.
