For Thai Exporters and US Importers of Thai products – items affected by the recent changes in the US GSP program will be able to make entry under GSP until precisely midnight December 29, 2020. Upon 12.01am morning of December 30, 2020; any entries made will be subject to the new rules. Declarations of GSP shipments before that time will receive GSP benefits and any shipments after will not, regardless of whether GSP is declared or not on import.

Please note: The shipment must be in the US and clear US Customs inspection by that time. Not shipped / FOB by that time.
